Custom PC Build Fee $125
The complete build, labor, testing, and delivery.

Custom PC Build With Water Cooling $199
Take your Custom PC Build to the next level! In addition to everything in the Custom PC Build package, we'll install and test the water-cooling solution of your choice, whether it's an AIO or custom tubing. Don't forget to check out our Water Cooling Need To Know Page for details.
Please note: It doesn't cover the cost of parts. This will be invoiced prior to repair and your case and motherboard must support water-cooling if picking your own parts.
Mobile Devices (Non Apple Devices)
We can fix most mobile electronics, but please contact our team to ensure parts are available for your device before requesting service. If your mobile device is still under warranty with the manufacturer, we recommend contacting them before acquiring our services. A waiver must be signed if you want us to repair your mobile device.

Gaming Devices
We can fix most Gaming Systems, but please contact our team to ensure parts are available for your system before requesting service. If your Gaming Console is still under warranty with the manufacturer, we recommend contacting them before acquiring our services. A waiver must be signed if you want us to repair your gaming system.
PC Repair, Upgrades, & Maintenance .
We can repair or upgrade any PC, Laptop, or Microstation as long as parts are still available or compatible with your system. For part upgrades and compatibility please contact our support for more information.

Upgrade & Replacement Of Parts $50
Includes installing new upgraded hardware or replacement of old hardware and recycling of old parts. Please be aware, while we try to replace your parts with the original parts, in some instances, we may need to substitute a part that is similar or compatible with your system.

PC Maintenance & Tune Up Monthly Service $9.99/Month
Maintain the performance and life of your PC with our PC Tune up service. This will include things like removing temporary files, clearing up temporary storage, removing old programs, checking for any viruses, and more! We offer a monthly service or a one-time service. This service can be done remotely.

Apple/Mac Repair & Upgrades
We offer repair services for all Apple products as long as the necessary parts are available. Before reaching out for our assistance, exploring Apple Care or Apple Warranty services for your product is a good idea. Please remember that a waiver must be signed for all Apple products before we begin work on your device, and the pricing listed does not include parts.

Hardware Repair/Replacement for Mac OS Systems (Intel & M-Chips Only) $199
We're here to offer repair and replacement services for your Mac OS hardware if it's based on Intel or M Chip technology. However, please note that we no longer service Apple products that use chipsets predating this, as finding parts for those can be quite challenging and costly.
Note: We try to expedite shipping of all parts, but it could take up to 2 weeks for a repair depending on part Availability. So, make sure you have a backup device in the event a repair is delayed. -
Upgrades for Mac OS Systems (Select Intel Apple Products) $199
We offer Upgrade services for Mac OS hardware if your platform supports an upgrade. If it's based an M Chip, the system can't be upgraded.
Note:This service will be going away soon as more people upgrade to M Style chips through apple, which do not allow component style upgrading. -
iPhones, iPads, Watch $75
We're here to offer repair and replacement services for your Apple Mobile OS hardware. This can include screen repair, sensor repair, or Battery Replacement. The pricing only includes the repair services. Each part will be charged separately. You can bring your own or purchase it directly through us.

Antivirus & Malware Removal
Dealing with viruses and malware? We’ve got you covered! We’ll schedule a pickup time to remove pesky viruses or malware from your computer. Please note that we don’t offer remote support because, in many instances, we need to access the lower-level systems that don’t support remote assistance.
Remote & Technical Support
Require Quick Assistance? Our remote support service is here to swiftly address most PC software issues from the comfort of your home! As long as you have a browser, a phone, and a stable internet connection, we can remotely access your system and resolve most problems. If our diagnosis indicates the need for in-shop service, we’ll promptly arrange a pickup service for you. Remote assistance is the most popular option and a cost-effective way to repair your computer.

General Support $19.99
General computer Support, if you have a quick computer question that needs answering right away, or if you need help navigating around your computer? We can help you with general Apple, Android, and PC Questions. 30 Minutes of broad support time with our tech for that day! Support can be done via Phone, Email, or SMS.
Note: If our technician must take over your computer, we will charge one of the additional fees listed below on your approval. -
Slow Performance $25
We take the standard steps to boost your boot times, eliminate sluggish startup items, and perform basic performance enhancements. Just a heads-up: if you're looking for hardware improvements, we'll need to upgrade your PC with compatible parts which are not supported under remote support.

Application $25
We will help diagnose and fix issues you may be having with specific applications. If we can't fix it, there is no charge for the service. Please Note: We can't fix issues where the computer is having a Blue or Black Screen crash notice since it will cause issues while troubleshooting. We recommend setting up a pickup appointment if you are running into this issue.

Other Category Call For Quote
Not sure what the issue is? But it does not interfere with you joining a remote call and having our technicians remotely control your computer? Call or email us and we can provide you with a quote. If you can't boot the computer or get into your operating system, set up a pickup appointment instead.
Data Recovery
We’re here to help you recover those files and folders you might have accidentally deleted. Plus, we can configure Windows to back up your data and enable individual file recovery automatically, so you’ll never have to worry about losing your precious files. Remember that, depending on your computer’s age and operating system, we may need to add specific components to set up your computer correctly for file backups or upgrade your operating system if your system is compatible. This service requires a Pickup Service, as we may have to remove your computer’s hard drive, SSD, or NVME drive.
