PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

We make picking up and getting your hardware back promptly, easy, and convenient!  Before scheduling a service, please read through our Pickup Service Agreement below.

Before You Schedule a Pickup & Delivery:

  • Product Transit Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your product during transit. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your items, transit risks are inherent, and you understand and agree not to hold Maricopa PC Repair responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or while at our facilities or in transport back to your selected delivery point.

  • Safety Consideration: Our drivers prioritize safety above all else. We reserve the right to refuse a pick-up if the designated area is deemed unsafe. Safety concerns are subject to the driver’s discretion when picking up a product.  If an area is marked unsafe by a driver, our team will contact the customer and have them select an alternative delivery & pickup service service.

  • Driver’s Possessions: Our drivers do not carry any money or electronics with them. Please refrain from attempting any transactions or exchanges with our drivers.

  • No Home Entry: For security and privacy reasons, our drivers will not enter any private residences under any circumstances. Please have the product ready for pick-up in a designated area.

  • Electronics Packaging: To facilitate a smooth pick-up process, all electronics must be securely placed inside a concealed box. This box should be clearly marked with the label “Maricopa PC Repair Pickup.”

  • Notification: We value clear communication. You will receive a text notification once your product has been picked up and subsequently delivered to its destination.

  • Right to Refuse Pickup: We reserve the right to refuse a pickup request at any location, at our sole discretion, without exceptions. Our primary concern is the safety and efficiency of our services and drivers.

3rd Party Delivery and Pickup Services:

  • Use of Uber or Lyft: Customers or Maricopa PC Repair may utilize services like Uber or Lyft for pickup and delivery services. By using this service, you also agree to abide by their respective terms of service and use.  You also understand we are not responsible for any damage, stolen, or loss of property when using this service.
  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx: Depending on your product’s distance or price point, if our local team cannot deliver your products promptly, you or Maricopa PC Repair may utilize and insure your product through one of these carriers.  If one of these services is selected, you will receive a tracking code to track the package, which will be insured up to the product’s price.  The Customer understands and agrees that Maricopa PC Repair is not responsible for any damage, loss, or stolen property when using this service provider and will go through this service provider’s support channels for issues regarding shipping.
 

Alternative Delivery and Pickup Options:

  • Customer Drop-off Option: Customers can drop off their repair items at a local USPS, UPS, or FedEx facility in their area. While we recommend obtaining insurance for this service, please note that we are not responsible for any associated fees or damages related to this service or our Pickup and Delivery service. The address for mailing items is: “44920 W Hathaway Ave, Maricopa AZ, 85139 Unit 1433.
  • Customer Delivery: We will return items as they were received.

 

Pricing:

  • It is subject to change, and the pricing reflected in the form does not reflect the most up-to-date pricing.  The invoice we send each customer will include the most up-to-date shipping and delivery pricing based on your address or service area.  Please be aware there are no refunds on Pickup or Delivery fees.
